All the sell product can be offered technical support for maintenance and technical services for one year unpaid. During the year, encountered major celebrations or activities, we can give gratis guidance of professional and technical staff and provide technical applications support.
In case of product quality issues or technical support buyer demand, in response to six hours, within 24 hours to solve the problem.
DILU maintenance for system
Quality assurance period, the manufacturer of the system implemented by the maintenance and repair would only receive cost of producing the device, Artificial not charge fees and the specific device from the standard fee for consultations between the two sides.
According to the "prevention first" principle, within the quality assurance, manufacturers will be regularly (once every four months) to have a inspecting maintenance to ensure the system’s design life (Local buyers) or offer maintenance notification and suggestions for overseas buyers.

Products Insurance
LEDs:
100,000 hours with correct voltage and current in friendly ambient.
Failure rate based on long time testings: less than 1 per 10,000,000 light hours.
Light declination:
---Hewlett Packard/Cree chips 5% of brightness after 30~40,000 hours.
---Other our chips (Optotech etc.) 50% of brightness after 30~40,000 hours.
Important:
Avoid any possible contact of LEDs with static electricity:
-Anything which touches the LED MUST be grounded
-Employees MUST have antistatic garment
-Floors MUST have antistatic adjustment
-Environment MUST NOT be dry!
Using higher currents increase the brightness, but shorten the life of LEDs !
LED Lighting:
Two years guarantee with usage according the manual (max. temp. currents, voltage etc).
Lead Time
LED: Up to 5-10 Kpcs per type usually immediately from our storage.
Larger quantities needs 2-4 weeks to produce it
LED Lighting: Normally around 7-15 days (depend on different model), the exact lead time will be informed by our relevant stall after model No confirmed.

Shipping Options and Costs
UPS or TNT courier Shipping rates, delivery 1-4 days (USA, Asia 1-2 days, Europe 2-3 days etc)
UPS/TNT is suitable for LED diodes, LCD modules and Peltier Modules.
Consolidated airfreight - chargeable minimum 25 kgs. Rates for shipments:
Over 100kgs 4~7 USD/kg, over 45kgs 6~10 USD/kg and over 25kgs 10~12 USD/kg, delivery 5-10 days. Consolidated air freight is suitable for above mentioned products and panel meters and LED holders.
Consolidated sea freight - freight collect.
Rates are 100~200 USD per m3 or ton, delivery 4-5 weeks. This type of shipping is suitable for above mentioned products, millimeters and heatsinks.
According our experience value of goods which can be put into 2m3/ton is in average 5~10,000 USD.
For Air- and Sea freight we strongly PREFER and RECOMMEND customers use forwarding companies of their choice from their country of origin. According our experience customers chosen forwarders take better care of their custom procedures. We ship everywhere !
Samples policy
There are 2 ways how to obtain samples from us:
1. Free* - You need to have an international customer Fedex/UPS/TNT/DHL number. We send samples "shipping fee unpaid" to this account. Max. value of samples sent this way: $10 in basic prices. No more than 20pcs or $1 per item**. Contact us with a list of required samples, courier account# and shipping address which must be same as the address on file for that account.
2. Make a regular paid order - How to order.
*Free samples is not a "coupon" which can be add to a regular order. That means: You can EITHER ask for some free samples as mentioned above OR place an order, you can NOT combine both (place an order and asking something to be added there for free).
**Yes, that means items with cost per unit more than $1 can NOT be sent as free samples.
